Information for Speakers & Authors

Oral presentation

Important Guidelines for presentations

  • Due to current regulations regarding financial transparency, IT IS STRICTLY MANDATORY that you include a disclosure slide at the start of the presentation, even if only to confirm that you have no conflicts of interest to declare.
  • Your presentation must be prepared as PPT file in PowerPoint 2010, 2013 or 2016 (MS Windows with .pptx extension).
  • Please set the slide size to “16:9 - Widescreen” and landscape orientation. Portrait orientation will not be displayed properly.

Pre-recordings of presentations

In order to ensure high quality of presentation streaming and a smooth running during the conference, all presentations will be pre-recorded with the help of with our officially appointed technical partner, ACS audiovisual solutions. They will assist you with your recording to make sure it is the best possible quality.

You have been contacted by ACS inviting you to book your recording timeslot and upload your presentation. Questions regarding this procedure may be addressed to abstracts@congrex.com

Please note that Q&A and discussion at the end of the session will always be held live and therefore your attendance to the live meeting is essential, even if you provide a pre-recorded presentation.

How to attend the live session during the congress / Technical briefing

During the scheduled session time all speakers will meet in a dedicated digital conference room. The individual access link for each session will be sent to all shortly before the congress.

A detailed technical briefing that will provide you with all necessary information regarding technical set-up and requirements, log in details and much more, will be held in the week before the congress.

Details on this will follow separately in due time.
