Due to French regulations the registration fees contain 20% VAT. Companies with a French VAT number are exempt from VAT.

If you have registered individually and paid before the first week of September the name badge will be sent to you by postal mail. Please bring this badge with you to the congress and go directly to the material pick-up desks in order to receive your congress material (congress bag, final programme, lanyard) during the opening hours.
If you have done your individual registration or payment after the badge mailing in the first week of September, please bring your registration confirmation with the barcode on it and go directly to the badge self-print stations in the entrance area.
Participants who are booked through a group registration will receive the information how their badges and congress material will be distributed through their group coordinator.
All cancellations must be electronically mailed to registration.ectrims[at]congrex.com.
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
- Cancellations received up and including 13 September 2017: minus 25% handling fee
- No refund on cancellations after 13 September 2017, even if due to illness, Visa rejection etc.
- For any name changes, a fee of € 50.00 will be charged
Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, we will send out a confirmation of payment and registration. Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk at the conference centre as proof of your registration.

The organisers will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one, once their registration and fee have been received. It is to be understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential participants obtaining a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the congress to provide any financial support. You may request such a letter during the online registration or from the Congress Secretariat at registration.ectrims[at]congrex.com.
Manual Registration Processing Surcharge
Registrations received by fax, mail or email are subject to an administration surcharge of EUR 20. Therefore, we encourage you to use the online registration system that is safe, quick and easy and also gives you an immediate confirmation along with the invoice.
In order to register to the congress, please log in with your email address and your password. If you do not have a profile, you can create a new one. Please click here to start the registration process. After a successful registration, an invoice or confirmation (depends on your payment) will be sent immediately to your email address.

The Networking Event, taking place on 25 October 2017 from 20.00 - 22.00 can be booked online in addition to the registration fees.
Delegates registered in the category “Congress delegate” can purchase a ticket for 40.00€ (incl. VAT). The Networking Event fee for all participants with the registration categories physician in training, researcher, therapists nurse, and reduced categories (low / middle income country) is 20.00€ (incl. VAT).
All fees for congress registration and additional courses should be paid in Euro (€) in advance to the Congress Secretariat of the MSParis2017, clearly stating the participant’s name and address.

Additional Registration Information
The participant acknowledges that he / she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economical events or generally by "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With his/her registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
