Meeting room facilities

The organiser offers various meeting rooms at the Palais des Congrès de Paris and at the hotels Le Méridien Étoile and Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile just next to the congress centre.

Please note that the allocation of meeting rooms will be done according to availability and suitability of the individual meetings. Individual requests will be considered wherever possible.

Set-up styles

Most meeting rooms can be set-up in the following styles:

Boardroom

Classroom

Theatre

Additional charges for set-up changes may apply.
Please note that not all seating request can be accommodated.

Technical equipment

Various options for technical installations will be available for rent in your meeting room.
Please indicate your technical requirements with your meeting room request.
A video projector and screen is included in the room rental fee.

Catering

Once you have received a confirmation for your room booking, you can place your catering order directly with the catering service. Contact details are indicated on the confirmation.

Please note that catering can only be ordered AFTER you have received your room booking confirmation.

Access times

The official congress opening hours are 08.00 – 20.00. If you require access to your meeting room outside of these times, please contact the Congress Secretariat. Early or late access can be arranged but is subject to an additional fee.

Prices

Room rental prices depend on the size of the room. We will consider the details of your room needs in our allocation and will send you an offer.

Rules and Regulations

The following rules and regulations apply for any meeting being held during MSParis2017:

  • During the congress hours only small closed meetings (e.g. "company internal" or "on invitation only" with a maximum of 40-50 persons) are allowed and must be approved by the Congress Secretariat (Congrex Switzerland Ltd). This applies to meetings held in the congress venue as well as any other venue within the host city. In particular company sponsored symposia open to any participant are not allowed; with the exception of the official "Satellite Symposia" which are part of the congress programme.

    The official congress hours are:
    Wednesday, 25 October 2017 08.30 - 19.45
    Thursday, 26 October 2017 07.45 - 20.15
    Friday, 27 October 2017 08.00 - 20.15
    Saturday, 28 October 2017 07.45 - 12.30

  • No social activities are allowed in parallel to the MSParis2017 congress hours and the official Networking Event on Wednesday evening.

    Therefore, please foresee to organise the company activities on Thursday and/or Friday evenings outside of the following congress hours:
