Badge Mailing

If you have registered individually and paid before 17 August 2018, you have the possibility to receive your badge by postal mail. If you wish to get it by postal mail, please mention it during the online registration. Please bring this badge with you to the congress and go directly to the congress material desks in order to receive your congress material (congress bag, final programme, lanyard) during the opening hours.

If you have done your individual registration or payment after the badge mailing, please bring your registration confirmation with the visible barcode on it and proceed directly to the desks in the entrance area to print your badge.

Participants who are booked through a group registration will receive the information how their badges and congress material will be distributed through their group coordinator.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be electronically mailed to registration.ectrims[at]congrex.com.
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

• Cancellations (in writing) received up and including 29 August 2018: minus 25% handling fee
• No refund on cancellations after 29 August 2018, even if due to Visa rejection, illness etc.
• For any change of names, a fee of € 50 will be charged

Confirmation

Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, we will send out a confirmation of payment and registration.

Invitation letter

The organisers will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one, once their registration and fee have been received. It is to be understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential participants obtaining a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the congress to provide any financial support. You may request such a letter during the online registration or from the Congress Secretariat at registration.ectrims[at]congrex.com.

Manual Registration Processing Surcharge

Registrations received by fax, mail or email are subject to an administration surcharge of € 20. Therefore, we encourage you to use the online registration system that is safe, quick and easy and also gives you an immediate confirmation along with the invoice / payment confirmation.

In order to register to the congress, please log in with your email address and your password. If you do not have a profile, you can create a new one. Please click here to start the registration process. After a successful registration, an invoice or confirmation (depends on your payment) will be sent immediately to your email address.

Name Changes

For any change of names, a fee of € 50 will be charged. Name changes will be possible until your badge has been sent by postal mail (if requested) or handed out onsite.

Per booking, a handling fee of EUR 10 applies.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

Press Registration

Accredited journalists are welcome to cover ECTRIMS 2018. Please use the online registration and upload your press identification.

Scanning of your badge

Participants are not obliged to allow exhibitors to scan their badge in the exhibition area or when entering an industry symposia. Participants must show their badge for prove of access rights, but do not need to allow a company to scan it.  With allowing a company to scan, you acknowledge that your registration details will be forwarded to the exhibitor.

Shuttle to Airport on Friday, 12 October 2018

Free shuttles will be offered to the delegates after the end of the official programme on Friday, 12 October 2018 at 18.00h. The shuttles will bring the delegates to both airports, Berlin-Tegel and Berlin-Schönefeld. Further details will follow in due time.

Additional Registration Information

Responsibility

The participant acknowledges that he / she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economical events or generally by "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With his/her registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
